Our Founder’s Story: A Legacy of Flavor

My name is Maria Fernanda Cumming though many family, friends, and customers call me “Nanda” – a shortened version of my middle name. Originally from Calí, Colombia, I embarked on a culinary journey that has spanned over three decades in food service. I am thrilled to be pursuing my dream of creating artistically crafted charcuterie boards and tables using the freshest ingredients. My passion is bringing family and friends together through the universal language of food, offering an unforgettable dining experience that honors my roots while fully embracing creativity.
